I Wouldn't Believe It If I Didn't See It
Honestly-
The band-aid stuff seems to have worked. Carter's sitting has really improved. Who knows if it really was the band-aid material, or that we really practiced sitting with him this weekend. Personally, I think his sitting improved because he wanted to impress his girlfriend Alison.
Our visit this weekend with Laura and Al(2) was great. We did a lot of shopping, man that Al can shop! I am definitely going boxing day shopping with him!
The kids seemed to have a fun time together as well. As much fun as two babies can have with one another. Carter kicked Alison in the face, poked her eye, and sucked on her shirt. Alison gazed at Carter, laughed and smiled a lot. They rolled together, spit up together (and on each other), and even farted ("shooting ducks" as the Asher family calls it) together. What bliss.
Alison is a livewire. I honestly thought she was going to actually start crawling at our house this weekend. Laura and Al are busy constructing hip weights at home so as to prevent her from crawling. Little to they know it will just make her stronger. All part of the baby agenda to take over the world.
Since I am at work right now...uhhh...working hard...I will post pictures from the visit later (tonight?). I also forgot the camera again today, so no pictures of Ruth, Carter's daycare worker. Maybe tomorrow.
